Analysis and Manufacturing of Composite Materials Engineer

This member of the team is specialized in researching composite materials (Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Kevlar), manufacturing methods and analysis models that accurately predict their behavior. He/she is responsible for the design of components made from composite materials, their analysis and also their stress/weight ratio optimization.

  • Designing and developing composite materials to meet specific performance criteria.
  • Conducting research on new materials and manufacturing processes to enhance the properties of composites.
  • Creating and testing prototypes to determine the suitability of materials and manufacturing processes for specific applications.
  • Developing quality control procedures to ensure that composite materials meet specific standards.
  • Analyzing data on material properties, processing parameters, and mechanical behavior to improve composite performance.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to design and implement manufacturing processes for composite materials.
  • Evaluating and selecting suppliers for raw materials and equipment.
